We at PATH understand that family members have both an emotional and financial burden dealing with the disease of addiction.  In order to assist families in both areas, we have set up a limited, matching healing fund scholarship.  The criteria to apply for this scholarship are as follows:

• Requests may be approved up $200 and can only be received one time per family in any 12 month period.
• The recipient can be a friend or family of a PATH member who is in recovery and who shows a financial need.  In order for PATH to consider the application, it must be accompanied by a donation by a sponsor for 50% of the request. PATH will then review the application and determine whether or not to match the sponsor’s donation based on its merits and availability of its healing funds.
• The scholarship is meant to be used for treatment, treatment facilities, sober living homes, counseling sessions, etc, and will be paid directly to the provider.
