provide support to those seeking recovery from Substance Use Disorder through
multiple pathways.
Who can apply for
funding? (Requirements)
- Anyone
with 48 hours of continuous sobriety - Family/Loved One and Allies who have been
impacted by substance use disorder either active use or in recovery.

Pathways?
Recovery from addiction is a unique process. Each person’s pathway of recovery is highly
personalized. William White, a leader in recovery processes, defines pathways
of recovery as those practices, programs, rituals and customs people use to
maintain and sustain recovery.
What can the Funds be used for?
